If you've encountered spam, inappropriate content, a security issue, or any other misuse of SheetMagic, please contact us directly. We investigate all reports.

What to Report
We take reports of the following seriously and will investigate promptly:
Critical Security Issues
- Suspected data breach or unauthorized access
- Vulnerabilities in the add-on or API
- Credentials or API keys exposed
- Phishing or impersonation of SheetMagic
Spam Spam & Abuse
- Automated or bulk misuse of the free tier
- Circumvention of usage limits
- Reselling API output without authorization
- License key sharing or fraud
Content Harmful Content
- AI output generating illegal content
- Harassment, threats, or hate speech via AI output
- Content sexualizing minors
- Dangerous or harmful instructions
Other Other Issues
- Misleading descriptions or screenshots
- Intellectual property violations
- GDPR or privacy law violations
- Any other concern about misuse
What to Include in Your Report
To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- A description of what you observed
- The date and time it occurred (if known)
- Any relevant screenshots or evidence
- Your contact information (so we can follow up)
- For security vulnerabilities: the specific function or behavior involved (do not post publicly)

Our Response Commitment
Security vulnerabilities: We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and remediate within 7 days.
Abuse/spam reports: We review and respond within 3-5 business days.
Content violations: We review and take action within 24-48 hours.
All other reports: We will respond within 5-7 business days.
Report to Google
If your concern relates to the Google Workspace Marketplace listing itself (not the add-on behavior), you may also report it directly to Google via the Marketplace listing page by clicking "Flag as inappropriate."
